CantaMia Vacation Program Takes Off

Newland’s active adult community CantaMia recently introduced a Vacation Program for interested homebuyers.  The program gives people a chance to stay 3 days-2 nights at CantaMia, and experience the best of everything that this innovative community has to offer.

The two packages offered in the Vacation Program – Check In Tuesdays (2 nights $159) and Check In Fridays (2 nights $189) – give prospective homebuyers a round of golf, dinner at CantaMia with a resident host, and a fully-stocked home with breakfast items and snacks. Prospects will spend a full day with a sales associate including lunch at the Golf Club. So far, the interest list is growing and already two vacation ‘homes’ are ready for occupancy with two more under construction.
