Newland Communities Named Developer of the Year

Builder & Developer magazine, a well-respected industry journal, named Newland Communities as the 2010 ‘Developer of the Year’, citing Newland’s amazing communities and featuring insights into how Newland has maintained its success in the midst of the real estate recession.

Builder & Developer magazine wrote:

From coast-to-coast, Newland works with approximately 100 different homebuilders, from large, publicly traded builders to small, family-owned custom builders. Production builders include D.R. Horton, Pulte Homes, Taylor Morrison, Lennar, Shea Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, Meritage Homes and many others.”

Newland is active in 30 of the country’s top housing markets, giving the company a strong geographic position and a strong national platform. It expects to grow its communities in about 20 of those markets in 2011.
