Newest Custom Home Community

New custom home construction is rapidly progressing at Estrella. There are currently more than a dozen homes in the design review phase, along with more than 12 homes under construction at Estrella’s newest custom home community, Sonoran Village.

Construction recently commenced on homebuilding entrepreneur Dennis Eynon and his wife Carolyn’s custom home in Sonoran Village. Dennis Eynon is an entrepreneurial homeowner that has been building custom homes across the nation for years, with an emphasis in the Midwest.

The couple is building a two-story, 4,000-square-foot home with a style inspired from the historic Santa Barbara City Hall. As a car collector, Dennis Eynon designed a special 1,100-square-foot garage, ideal to showcase his seven automobiles. The Eynon’s built the custom home as the ultimate retirement retreat, boasting five bedrooms, a home theatre room, home offices, expansive open living spaces all set to overlook panoramic breathtaking views of the Sierra Estrella Mountains.
