Montecito Grand Opening Oct. 6

Newland Communities, the developer of Estrella, announces the grand opening of Montecito, Estrella’s newest community. Montecito will unveil models by four home builders at the grand opening celebration on Saturday, Oct. 6 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The five-hour event will include fun for the entire family including cooking demonstrations by Coyote Joe, entertainment by local favorites The Chadwicks and a special autograph signing by stars of High School Musical. Open to the public, the Oct. 6 event will celebrate the natural habitat that is Montecito with tethered hot air balloon rides over the community and a rock climbing wall. Throughout the day visitors will be able to hop on shuttle buses to visit the four new model home complexes throughout Montecito and get a first hand look at the new community.

Montecito creates synergy between the desert and homes. Montecito is advancing Estrella’s commitment to preserving the Sonoran Desert Valley environment. By creating a better community balance through conservation and more efficient use of resources, Estrella has made a commitment to preserve and complement the land, not compete with it in the creation of Montecito.

The community’s neighborhoods and homes from five unique home builders are designed in concert with the terrain. Rich Spanish and Hacienda architecture with signature porches and patios, verandas and courtyards transform homes into inviting gathering places and encourage outdoor living spaces.
