Province at Estrella Coming Soon

Engle Homes, one of America’s largest homebuilders, announced that construction has begun on its newest Province adult community at Estrella in Goodyear. This will be the second Province community in the Valley. The original is located in the Southeast Valley in Maricopa and was voted the Best Active Adult Community in America for 2006.

“Province Estrella will have all the amenities and features that have made the original so successful,” said Engle Arizona Division President Carl Mulac, “plus a few new enhancements. Now people will be able to choose the Province resort lifestyle in either the East or West Valley.”

The Province lifestyle means 55 and Better living in a man-made desert oasis. Engle engineers environmentally sensitive recirculating lakes that create their own natural ecosystem. They add green grass terraces and parks and natural view corridors to create more than 30 per cent open space and lakes so people have room to walk, bike, picnic and recreate.

With approximately 1800 home sites for active adult residents, Province Estrella is a perfect complement to the ongoing development of family housing at Estrella, long a premier West Valley master plan and home to more than 11,000 residents.

Province Estrella will offer 14 different Engle home designs, all single level, ranging from “lock and leave” paired homes to luxurious Estate homes with optional casitas. Like the award-winning Best in America Province in Maricopa, Province Estrella will have a massive Village Center located on a lake with 30,000+ square feet of buildings and resort pool area. Among the amenities will be a 12,000 sq. ft. fitness wing with indoor lap pool, clubhouse, library, entertainment lounge, technology center, cyber café and crafts wing. Surrounding the Village Center will be acres of landscaped terraces, walking trails, ramadas, a softball field and sports courts for tennis, bocce ball and pickleball.
