Mountain Ranch Adds New Builder

Newland Communities has sold 75 homesites to William Ryan Homes for Ironwood Pointe, a new single-family neighborhood planned in the Mountain Ranch community of Estrella. This represents the first entry into Arizona for the Chicago-based homebuilder.

Located on Westar Drive in Mountain Ranch, Ironwood Pointe will feature one- and two-story home designs ranging from 1,600 to 3,000 square feet. Construction of the new homes will start in October with models planned to open in January 2008.

William Ryan Homes also is building Greenspointe, an upscale golf course neighborhood in the Mountain Ranch community. Priced from the $300s, the single- family neighborhood will feature 60 homesites including lots located along Estrella's Nicklaus Design championship golf course.

Four floor plans will be offered at Greenspointe, ranging from 1,900 to 3,100 square feet with an option for a second-floor bonus room. All plans feature a three-car garage.Construction of Greenspointe is planned to start in late July with models opening in November 2007.
