Estrella has been named the best master-planned community in Arizona by Ranking Arizona: The Best of Arizona Business. Newland Communities, master developer and owner of Estrella in Goodyear, Ariz. was recently recognized during the publication's awards reception.
The No. 1 ranking marks the second year-in-a-row for Estrella to receive the state's top master-planned community award. In addition, Estrella was ranked third among the top 10 master plans in Maricopa County by the publication.
Ranking Arizona: The Best of Arizona Business represents the largest business opinion poll conducted in Arizona based upon the business and leisure activities of Arizona's business community.
