Estrella’s Information Center Is A Valuable Resource

The Estrella Information Center is an amazing resource for the community, prospective new residents, Real Estate Professionals and the City of Goodyear. Located on the shores of North Lake, the center is staffed entirely by Estrella residents. The friendly, knowledgeable team knows just about everything there is to know about Estrella and is happy to share some of their own personal stories about living in this beautiful community.

With the New Year and increased activity in the real estate market Estrella was looking for ways to better support Real Estate Professionals who continue to show this amazing community and recently added a Real Estate Office to the Information Center to act as a satellite office for local agents. The comfortable setting comes equipped with internet access and printing, scanning and fax capabilities. Real Estate Professionals can also use this space for private client meetings or to take a quick break and enjoy the peaceful lakeside view after a busy day showing off the community.

Adding a unique twist that you won’t typically find anywhere else is the fact the Information Center is also home to The Estrella Museum which showcases the past, present and future of the community, City of Goodyear and the surrounding Sonoran Desert. One of its crowning pieces is a four panel history timeline depicting life from the early days with the arrival of the Hohokam Native Americans, to present day and beyond. Several unique artifacts from the area are also on display. The Estrella Museum also serves as an incubator for the Sonoran Desert Valley Historical Society as an extension of the existing Three Rivers Historical Society and is free and open daily to the public. Additionally, the Information Center features a large topography table illustrating the layout of the Estrella community.

The Information Center has recently extended its hours and is now open every day of the week: Monday-Friday, noon to 5 p.m. and Saturday-Sunday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Stop by for a visit and let the team show you around.
