The 2023 results are in for Goodyear, Arizona’s National Community Survey by Polco and The National Research Center. Survey results showed Goodyear higher in comparison to national benchmarks in overall economic health and overall design or layout of residential and commercial areas. Additionally, ratings for educational, arts, and cultural opportunities have improved, with residents reporting higher levels of engagement at community events, such as Ballet Under the Stars, an evening of ballet performances at Estrella.
According to a recent Goodyear Independent article on the survey results by Michael McDaniel as well as a Rose Law Group Reporter article:
“Nearly nine out of 10 people surveyed recommend living in Goodyear, with 93% saying they feel safe in their respective neighborhood. Roughly 85% of respondents said Goodyear was an excellent place to live, while 74% felt it was a great place to work.”
The results statistically reflected positive findings for Goodyear overall, showing a 95 percent confidence interval with a +/- 5 percent margin of error. Estrella’s resort-style pools, waterpark, 72 acres of lakes, 65-plus miles of paths and trails and more than 50 neighborhood parks play into the findings.
