Goodyear Sports provides an opportunity for all Goodyear youth to learn and play sports. In doing so, the City promotes the development of each player, provides a safe and controlled environment for kids to play, recruits parents from within the community to volunteer as quality coaches and assistants, and offers a high level of achievement, sportsmanship, and character development for all players, regardless of skill. The City of Litchfield Park offers a variety of youth sports leagues throughout each school year for children 3 to 14 years of age. Youth sport leagues are an excellent athletic outlet for children emphasizing physical fitness, skill development, equal participation, positive sportsmanship, and fun.
City of Litchfield Park Youth Sports has been awarded the Better Sports for Kids Quality Program Provider designation for 2020/2022 for its youth basketball, coach pitch, flag football, Tee Ball, and soccer programs.
