Michael Phelps Foundation Swim and Health Lessons, FREE, teaches participants to be safe in and around water, advance their swimming skills, set and attain personal goals, and have good overall health. These FREE classes will include a 30-minute swim lesson along with a 15-minute goal-setting or health lesson each day.

Intro to Preschool Sessions 3 and 4, is for participants between the ages of 2 and 5 who have had little to no formal swimming experience.
