The Chatsworth floorplan is a new home option available in Beazer’s Acacia Foothills II collection. With 1,501 square feet of living space, this floorplan includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and spacious open-concept kitchen and great room. Taylor Morrison’s 55+ neighborhood, CantaMia, is expanding their model home park from 6 to 8 models. Beginning the first week of December, the popular Hillary and Cadence floorplans will now be open for potential buyers to tour. “We’ve seen the strong interest in these floorplans and wanted to give buyers the opportunity to walk through these homes in person and really get a feel for the space,” said Taylor Morrison spokesperson Alissa Rivera.
The Hillary floorplan is the largest CantaMia option with 2,326 square feet of living space comprised of up to 4 bedrooms and as many as 4.5 bathrooms. It can also be built with a garage large enough to accommodate as many as five vehicles. The Hillary offers an open-concept kitchen and great room, spacious primary suite and expansive walk-in closet. This split floorplan also has the option of a flex room for use as an office or study. The Hillary starts at $445,900.
The Cadence floorplan can also be built as one of the larger CantaMia homes with options of 1,898 to 2,215 square feet. Cadence starts at $420,990 and offers 2-to-3 bedrooms, up to 3 bathrooms and garage space for up to 3 cars. Cadence’s front courtyard and optional extended covered back patio have both proven to be well-liked additions for buyers.
