Phoenix is a great metropolitan area; we looked at several different communities. It was just something about driving up to this community and how it was laid out. It felt like home.

As we drive up the hill to go home, we live at the very top of it, so we get to pass the lakes and beautiful landscaping, and it just feels like we’re on vacation.

It’s like our own little separate city. We think of this as our resort and our children, they say “We’re coming to visit at the resort!”. So we think that this whole atmosphere is resort-living.
