Estrella Thru the Decades proved to be a triumph for the entire community. What began with a forecast of rain on Saturday, January 24, transformed into a spectacular day with soft clouds drifting across the sky with warm sunshine spilling over the Presidio Residents’ Club.
It was the kind of day that reminds you why life in Estrella feels so special.
From the moment the festivities began, music set the tone. A live band filled the courtyard with familiar hits spanning the 1980s through today, while a lively DJ kept the energy high between sets.
Kids darted from game to game, laughing as they conquered giant Tetris, toppled Jenga towers, and challenged friends to chess, cornhole, hopscotch, and four square. Families lined up for face painting and balloon art, snapped photos in the booth, and explored the sensory table designed just for little ones.
Everywhere you looked, residents and guests mingled effortlessly; neighbors reconnecting, newcomers discovering the warmth of the community, and future residents getting a glimpse of what life here could be.
The decades theme brought out everyone’s playful side. The costume contest became a celebration of nostalgia, creativity, and pure fun. Karaoke lovers stepped into the spotlight as local band Eleeza’s Desert Flower performed favorites from each decade.
Complimentary chips, salsa, popcorn, and warm beverages kept guests fueled throughout the afternoon, while The Cantina served themed meals that added to the festive atmosphere.
Before and after enjoying the entertainment at Presidio, visitors set out to explore more than 50 new homes across Estrella. Builders reported brisk traffic as prospective buyers stepped into beautifully crafted models that showcased the quality, creativity, and care that define our community.
