Estrella is bringing the community together for a celebration unlike any other.
On Saturday, January 24, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., we invite you to experience Estrella Through the Decades, a lively new home tour event that blends music, games, food, and fun with the excitement of exploring our newest neighborhoods.
The day begins at the Presidio Residents’ Club, 18209 W. Calistoga Drive, where guests will be greeted with entertainment, family-friendly activities, and plenty of surprises. From live karaoke and a “Decades” costume contest to free arcade and lawn games, there’s something for every age group to enjoy.
Visitors can also indulge in themed meals, grab complimentary snacks, and capture memories at the photo booth. After soaking up the festivities at Presidio, guests are encouraged to tour more than 50 new homes by eight builders, including the newly opened Lennar models. Each builder neighborhood will feature special incentives, complimentary treats, and a prize to make your home tour experience even more rewarding.
Step back in time and strut your stuff in a decades-themed costume. Are you vibing with Cyndi Lauper’s neon flair, Ricky Martin’s Latin fire, or maybe the glam-rock thunder of KISS? Perhaps you’re rocking the Fresh Prince swagger, dusting off those leg warmers, or still proudly popping the collar on that crisp white Armani suit. Whatever your throwback groove, now’s the perfect moment to resurrect the look and snag a fabulous prize. Just swing by the Costume Contest table, sign up, and let the nostalgia shine.
Is karaoke your bag? Well now is your chance to sing with a live band – Eleeza & Band – backing you up. How does it work? Come to the karaoke table and view the list of available songs “Through the Decades” and sign up.
