New Home Tour | 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Discover why Estrella continues to be one of Arizona’s premier master-planned communities. During the New Home Tour, visitors can explore more than 35 homes, including beautifully designed model homes and Quick Move-In (QMI) opportunities ready now or nearing completion.
Tour a variety of neighborhoods featuring homes from some of the nation’s most respected builders and learn more about the lifestyle, amenities, and recreational opportunities that make Estrella a place residents love to call home.
Newest Neighborhoods: Explore communities by Richmond American Homes and Lennar, with homes priced from the $370s to the $690s. Residents enjoy easy access to Presidio Residents’ Club, Bougainvillea Park, and Estrella Foothills High School.
Foothills Neighborhoods: Tour homes by DRB Homes and Richmond American Homes in three scenic neighborhoods featuring mountain views and nearby trailheads. Homes are priced from the $430s to the $700s, with convenient access to the Estrella Welcome Center.

Pick up a tour map, enjoy a complimentary coffee or gelato from Café Bebida, and learn more about the community’s extensive amenities, including resident clubs and fitness centers; lakes and parks; walking, hiking, and biking trails; and community events and activities

As the sun sets, make your way to the iconic Estrella Lakeside Amphitheater, located at 10300 Estrella Parkway in Goodyear, for Ballet Under the Stars, a free community performance presented by Ballet Arizona.
Set against the sparkling waters of North Lake and the picturesque Estrella Mountains, this beloved annual event brings the beauty of professional ballet to an outdoor setting unlike any other in the Valley.
This year’s performances include excerpts from Concerto Six Twenty-Two, Choreography by Lar Lubovitch; excerpts from Romeo & Juliet, Act 2, Choreography by Ib Andersen; and excerpts from Don Quixote, Act 3, Choreography by Marius Petipa, adaptation and additional choreography by Daniela Cardim.
