New Home Tour, 1 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Explore Estrella’s newest neighborhoods and discover your dream home during our New Home Tour, happening from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. With more than 40 stunning homes to tour, including brand-new models and Quick Move-Ins (new homes ready for immediate move-in or with planned completion within a few months), this is your opportunity to see what life in Estrella is all about.
Don’t miss the Grand Opening of Portfolio by Richmond American Homes, our newest neighborhood. Portfolio at Lucero offers a variety of single- and two-story floor plans, with options for ranch-style homes and some featuring the Modern Living collection. Residents enjoy access to Estrella’s extensive amenities, including pools, fitness centers, clubhouses, trails, lakes, and parks.
Tour maps will be available at the Welcome Center (8175 Hillside Drive, Goodyear, Arizona), builder models, and online for easy planning. As you visit each neighborhood, builders will give you a sticker. Collect just four stickers to redeem a complimentary charcuterie box, the perfect treat as you enjoy the outdoor Ballet Under the Stars at the Estrella Lakeside Amphitheater. Charcuterie boxes may be picked up at the Estrella table at the Ballet Under the Stars event.

Ballet Under the Stars, a magical evening presented by Ballet Arizona, begins at 7 p.m. From 5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
