Get ready for one of Estrella’s most festive and fun-filled events of the season. On Friday, October 23, Estrella will bring together new home discoveries, resident lifestyle experiences, and family fun during the Saguaros & Scarecrows Fall Festival and New Home Tour.
Visitors will have the opportunity to tour more than 20 beautifully crafted model homes plus over a dozen move-in ready homes throughout the community and then stay to enjoy an evening of autumn festivities at the Lakeside Amphitheater, 10300 Estrella Parkway, during Saguaros & Scarecrows from 6 to 8 p.m. The New Home Tour is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets and end the night with an outdoor screening of “The NeverEnding Story.”
To make the day even more memorable, guests can pick up a complimentary Lifestyle Passport at the Welcome Center, 8175 S. Hillside Drive, Goodyear. This special passport unlocks access to some of Estrella’s favorite resident amenities and activities, offering a true “Resident for a Day” experience. Simply tour any new home to receive your sticker allowing access for this one-day only opportunity.
Present your sticker at participating locations throughout the community and enjoy exclusive access to resident amenities. Then bring your passport to Saguaros & Scarecrows for free festival entry. The Lifestyle Passport is valid on October 23 only.
Lifestyle Passport guests will have the opportunity to take part in a variety of activities across Estrella, including:
- Hourly guided hiking tours with an experienced Estrella guide through the scenic trails
- Fall-themed craft making at the Starpointe Residents’ Club from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Tours of the Presidio pool, fitness center, and facilities. The Cantina restaurant will be open for dining.
- A complimentary paddle boat or kayak usage at the Yacht Club
