During the Grand Opening, guests can tour two professionally decorated model homes:
- Raleigh: A one-story, 2,370 SF home with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a 2-car garage. This model also serves as the neighborhood’s sales office.
- Denali: A two-story, 2,800 SF home featuring 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a 2-car garage.

Seven homes are currently under construction, offering early move-in options for buyers eager to settle in quickly. These homes range from 1,940 SF to 2,800 SF, combining convenience with the opportunity to personalize finishes and features.

Richmond American’s first neighborhood in Lucero, Seasons at Lucero, opened in March with 53 homesites. The builder plans to expand further with two new neighborhoods in Montecito, expected to open by year’s end.

The Grand Opening coincides with Ballet Under the Stars, presented by Estrella, Ballet Arizona, and the City of Goodyear. The performance is free and begins at 7 p.m. at the Estrella Lakeside Amphitheater, 10300 Estrella Parkway, Goodyear. Estrella is also hosting a New Home Tour of all its neighborhoods from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. with more than 40 new homes on display.
